The process includes content ideation, creation, review, approval, and scheduling. Posting was automated using apps like Later, or Metricool, significantly reducing manual workload while ensuring a consistent online presence.

 

Objectives

  • Establish a repeatable and transparent workflow for social media content.

  • Automate post scheduling to reduce time spent on manual uploads.

  • Improve team collaboration and efficiency in the approval process.

  • Enable real-time tracking of content pipeline and campaign status.

 

Scope

Included:

  • Workflow design in ClickUp covering all content stages (ideation to publishing)

  • Integration of Later for scheduling automation

  • Setup of a shared content calendar

  • Automation triggers for scheduling upon approval

  • Staff training and documentation

Excluded:

  • Paid ad campaign management

  • Advanced analytics dashboards (scheduled for future implementation)
